IMPORTANT: THE WARRANTY ISSUED IS FOR 15 DAYS ONLY.
WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED IF GOODS ARE NOT RETURNED WITHIN THE 15 DAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.

Conditions:

1. Returns will not be accepted unless the Warranty Return number is clearly stated on every box returned.

2. The boxes must not contain more than one Warranty Return numbered return.

3. All goods should be packed in accordance with how they were received, original packaging to be used wherever possible.

4. The shipment must be sent freight prepaid unless otherwise agreed

5. The customer is responsible for all expenses related to freight (insurance/loss/damage) on returning goods to disk source,
this includes responsibility for taxes/duties where applicable.

6. Delivery will be charged on warranty returns where there is no fault found, when returning said items back to the customer.

7. Disk source reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if we feel the goods have been damaged as a result of non careful handling/installation, or if tampered with by a non authorised party.
